Attention all GFAA Artists!
Plan on attending the Opening Reception and Awards Presentation for the 2012 Florida Artists Juried Exhibition on
Friday, January 13.
Guests are welcome. It will be held at the President’s Gallery at Santa Fe College from 5 to 7 p.m.
There should be plenty of parking at that time of day. At least $1,500 in awards will be presented to artists.
The Juror and Judge is Dr. Jack King, Professor of Art at the University of Tampa.
Fifty artists from Gainesville and nearby communities entered one or more (up to 3) artworks; thirty artists from the rest of the State also entered, with the total number of images submitted over 200. Dr. King juried in 40 pieces by 37 of the artists.
