GFAA Oil & Pastel Exhibit Central Park Medical Plaza 4343 W. Newberry Road Gainesville, Florida The Gainesville Fine Arts Association will hold an exhibition specifically for member artworks done in oils and/or pastels. Non-members wishing to exhibit may do so provided they join the association by the pre-registration deadline. This exhibit will hang for three months. All artwork must remain in the exhibit until the pick-up date, except that artwork sold may be removed from the exhibit and delivered to the buyer after notifying the Exhibit Coordinator. Please be aware that this exhibit will overlap the Oak Hall Festival; artwork may not be removed from this exhibit in order to be shown in the other, so please plan accordingly. Contact the Exhibit Coordinator for all questions or situations that may arise, do not contact Central Park Medical Plaza regarding the art exhibit. Sales: Each artwork label will state: To purchase, contact Scott Lamp at 352-505-6893 or Scott@scottplamp.com Scott will then direct any inquiries to the artist from the information provided during pre-registration. PRE-Registration: This exhibit requires pre-registration in order to participate, and no late applications will be accepted. All GFAA members may pre-register up to five (5) artworks in oils and/or pastels. One (1) mixed media painting with oil paint and/or pastel applied to the work may be entered. However, space is limited and depending on the number of pieces pre-registered you may be notified that there is room for fewer pieces per artist. To pre-register, please send an e-mail to aliye@aliyecullu.com with the following information for each piece prior to, or by TBA. She will deliver a reply e-mail when she has received your pre-registration. Artist name:

On-Site Registration / Drop-Off The Drop-Off is TBA All artwork must be delivered to Central Park Medical Plaza during this time. Artwork must be ready to hang with wire attached (no sawtooth hooks) and an identification label taped to the back of the piece with the same information sent in for pre-registration. Each artist must check in and sign a liability waiver when dropping off their artwork. If you are having someone drop-off artwork on your behalf, you must print and sign the following liability waiver for them to bring with the artwork. PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY & ATTACH TO THE BACK OF YOUR ARTWORK:
Authority and Liability Statement I understand that the Central Park Medical Plaza has full and complete authority to cancel the exhibit at any time for any reason, and has the authority to ask me to remove any artwork from the facility at any time for any reason. I also understand that security against damage or theft of artwork(s) is not provided, and that I am responsible for providing for insurance for my artwork(s), or otherwise accept full responsibility for my artwork(s), including during the time period between deliveries to and pick up from the Central Park Medial Plaza exhibit.
